SCAMMER – Returns, Refunds and Right of Withdrawal

1. Scope of Application

This policy governs the conditions for returns and refunds for all purchases made through the SCAMMER website.

For customers residing in the European Union, the provisions of the Consumer Code shall apply.
For customers outside the European Union, this policy applies as a commercial return policy.

2. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

In accordance with Articles 52 et seq. of the Consumer Code, consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date they receive the product, without providing any reason.

To exercise this right, you must send a clear statement to:

Including:

  • Order number
  • Full name
  • Email address used for the purchase

3. Commercial Return Policy (Non-EU Customers)

For orders placed outside the European Union, SCAMMER offers a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery.

All return conditions outlined in this policy still apply.

4. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and unwashed
  • Undamaged
  • With original tags attached
  • In original packaging

SCAMMER reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Customers are responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the product.

5. Return Procedure

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact returns@scammerbrand.com
  2. Wait for confirmation and return instructions
  3. Ship the item within 7 days from approval

 Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

6. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer
  • Original shipping costs:
    • refunded (EU only): standard delivery
    • not refunded: express or premium shipping

For non-EU orders:

  • Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable

7. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the outcome.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued within 14 days
  • Using the original payment method

SCAMMER may withhold the refund until:

  • The returned goods are received
    or
  • Proof of shipment is provided

8. Exchanges

Exchanges (e.g., size changes) are available within 14 days of delivery, subject to availability.

  • Return shipping: paid by the customer
  • Replacement shipping: covered by SCAMMER

9. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

Under Article 59 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons once opened
  • Items damaged due to misuse
