SCAMMER – SHIPPING POLICY

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed. In such cases, customers will be notified.


2. Shipping Origin

All orders are shipped from Italy.


3. Shipping Methods

We use Packlink Pro and partner courier services to fulfill all shipments.

Depending on the destination, different carriers may be used to ensure the best delivery service available.


4. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to:

  • 🇮🇹 Italy
  • 🇪🇺 European Union countries

We do not ship outside the European Union at this time.


5. Shipping Costs

  • Italy: Free shipping
  • European Union: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout

Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.


6. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Italy: 2–5 business days
  • European Union: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to courier issues, customs processing, strikes, or other external factors beyond our control.


7. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become active.


8. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.

SCAMMER is not responsible for delays, losses, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.


9. Lost, Delayed or Damaged Packages

Once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for the shipment passes to the carrier, where permitted by applicable law.

SCAMMER is not liable for any loss, theft, delay, or damage occurring during transit or after the package has been marked as delivered.

In such cases, the customer must contact the shipping carrier directly to open a claim.

However, we remain available to assist the customer where possible in communicating with the carrier.


10. Shipping Delays

SCAMMER is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • shipping carriers
  • customs inspections (if applicable)
  • strikes or logistical disruptions
  • force majeure events
